When is payment due for transaction coordination services?

Payment is due on closing day. Fees are collected at close of escrow so you don’t have to pay out of pocket upfront.

Is your pricing flat-rate or hourly?

All transaction coordination services are flat-rate per file. We do not bill hourly or charge based on emails, phone calls, or tasks.

Are there any hidden fees?

Our fee is typically paid through escrow at closing. We coordinate directly with escrow to ensure the TC fee is properly reflected on the closing statement.

What happens if a transaction cancels?

If a transaction cancels after coordination work has begun, a partial fee may apply based on how far the file progressed. This will be discussed clearly if the situation arises.

Do you offer discounts?

We don’t offer discounts. Because every file requires the same level of attention, and organization to move through escrow.
